︎ A reinterpretation of the college campus model. By using a series of outdoor terraces interspersed between densely programmed modules, the tower forces its occupants to move between thresholds, emulating the campus quad as an organizational element for spontaneous interactions between individuals. Beginning as a series of discrete volumes at the scale of the surrounding site, the tower rises - coalescing into a singular form that stands against the urban skyline as a projection of the university at large.
